Worcester County native Jordan Braniff, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C, has been named the county’s Best Nurse Practitioner by Coastal Style readers for the third year in a row.
“It is truly an incredible honor to be voted again multiple times, especially in the local area that I grew up in,” Braniff said. “Knowing the recognition comes directly from the people and families in the local community I have had a privilege to care for also makes it especially meaningful.”
Braniff, a Stephen Decatur High School graduate, is board-certified in family medicine by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. A former emergency department nurse and long-term volunteer firefighter/EMT, Braniff earned his Bachelor of Science degree and became a registered nurse through Salisbury University, later adding a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
“One of the most important parts of patient care for me is building trusting relationships with my patients,” Braniff said. “Over the last seven years of providing primary care locally, I have tried my best to make everyone feel heard, respected and involved in their healthcare decisions."
