Alison Diesel, PA-C

Raised in Worcester County, Alison Diesel, PA-C, returned to the Eastern Shore in 2015 to begin caring for patients in her community. Readers of Coastal Style recently voted her the Best Physician Assistant in her home county.

“It was quite a surprise, and I am truly honored and proud to have been voted by our community as PA of the year,” Diesel said. “The health and well-being of this community is extremely important to me as this is home, it is both where I was raised and where I plan to raise my children.”

Diesel graduated from Stephen Decatur High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Towson University, where she played Division I lacrosse. She attended Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

“Providing quality patient care is a team effort and is made possible through the hard work of our office providers, our clerical, clinical and management staff each day,” Diesel said. “My goal is simple and is allowing the patient the time to be heard, to express their concerns, issues and everyday problems, and then collaborating the next steps together.”
