ANNA MONCHAK

April 3, 1922 - October 12, 2026

Our family mourns the loss of our beloved matriarch “Babi” and gratefully thank her for the loving devotion given to us throughout the 104 years of her life. Kindness, courage, resilience, and the love of our Ukrainian heritage is the legacy she leaves behind for us to remember.

Predeceased by her husband Stephan, Anna is survived by her son Orest, daughter Daria, grandchildren, Dan, Andrika, Petra (Matt), and great-grandchildren, Lia, Aysha and Jake.

A heartfelt thank you to the healthcare team at Holy Family Home, Unit 3A, that enabled Anna to have a comfortable and dignified life to the end. A special thanks to Olga Taylor for her love, care and companionship for our mother and Baba.
