DENNIS FREDERICK CATTE

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our husband, father, and grandfather, Dennis Catte on Saturday October 17, 2026 at the age of 87.

Dennis is predeceased by his father Cecil; mother, Mary; sisters, Mae, Merle, and Thelma; and brother Stan.

Dennis was born and raised in the Tiger Hills region of Manitoba and moved to Winnipeg to begin work at Modern Dairies until his retirement in 1996. He met and married Ann, his wife of 67 years. Dennis and Ann had one child Danny, and grandchildren, Ryan and Sara.

Dennis enjoyed fishing, curling, playing the fiddle, and dancing with his wife at old time dances.

A Celebration of Life and internment will take place on Monday November 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery.
