FERNANDEZ FALLS TO TOP-RANKED RYBAKINA

NINGBO, China — Canada’s Leylah Fernandez fell 6-2, 6-2 to world No. 1 Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan in the Ningbo Open women’s tennis final on Sunday.
